Hello everyone!

My name is Marcus, and I am a software engineer at sandrasoft Co, Ltd.
On behalf of the team, I would like to introduce our novel Health Information System to the healthcare community. Let us take an overview of the application.

The Industrial 4.0 revolution has drastically changed the way we live. Business operation is gradually transformed to the cloud, being automated, efficiently optimized but yet requires tremendous effort to adopt. Even in the developed countries, most clinics and hospitals still manage their operations and medical records via paper works. Platforms provided by big tech or government companies are impossible to reach for these small to medium corporates. Some corporates have to employ various software platforms, disappointedly, to satisfy many fundamental needs. This condition leads most small to medium hospitals or clinics to suffer from time-wasting, inefficient management, and unproductive medical examination.

Recognizing the demand for a unified, affordable, and effective software solution, Sandrasoft is proud to introduce our novel, web-based platform to help small to medium clinics and hospitals manage their patients and clinical data effectively while still being affordable.

One of our clients in Vietnam, Cao Thang Eyecare hospital, located in the most modern center of Ho Chi Minh City, has trusted, verified, and operated our platform throughout its entire hospitals and clinics system. Applying this platform has yielded immensely positive results, with the complete automation of patient admissions, invoices generated in one go, flyingly smooth financial reports, and a much better experience for the doctor to collect medical data points.

For our next phase, we are actively seeking new opportunities to deploy the system into more hospitals and clinics and to receive valuable feedback from the community, both in Vietnam and globally.

Our Health Information System consists of 3 principal modules:

- Managing patient profiles

- Admit patient into EMR system
- Accepting payments, export invoices and payment receipts
- High performance and thorough Reporting system
EMR - Electronic Medical Record
- Medical Forms for doctor to perform examination
- Data collection and Episode Manegemnt for each patients visits
- Scalable Archetype design to extend to different medical fields
- Medicine and Medication management system
- Patient Visits and Discharge Summary management
A2DS - AI Assisted Diagnosis System (beta)
- Dry Eye detection algorithm
- Fundus Lesion detection algorithm
- Analysis and Flow management

How To Use

Run using docker compose 🌈 A complete, Open version of the platform is ready to use with the following commands:

Clone this repository

$ git clone https://github.com/nichealpham/his-composer.git

Go into the repository

$ cd his-composer

Run the app

$ docker-compose up -d
Then navigate to the following URL:

http://localhost:3001: Admin
http://localhost:3002: PAS
http://localhost:3003: EMR
Default Root account:

Username: root
Password: Admin@123#

Modify the Default SQL Password ⚡️ You can update the default MSSQL Password by changing the following sections:

In docker-compose.yml file, update line - SA_PASSWORD=[Your new password...]
In api.env file, update line HIS_APP_MSSQL_DB_PASSWORD=[Your new password...]
Then rebuild and run the system:

docker-compose up --build -d

Hosting the frontend via a reverse proxy ⭐ We highly recomdend you should be familiar with how to setup a reverse proxy for the application, for example with nginx.

For fontend website to successfully call Backend APIs, modify the following URLs inside web.env file:
