Towards to candidate, a sort of "Do not expect too much", telling to them to just not wait for the job at this time, freeing the candidate to move on and search other possibilities.</p> <p>What are your thoughts? It is possible? Is too much invasive? In a real world scenario having a lot of candidates, is not fair or not have a substantial information to do at the moment of interview?</p> <p>Thanks in advance!</p> discuss career hiring
