I'm attempting to launch a test using npx playwright test in the command line, but I am getting a response in TEST RESULTS stating "Running global set up if any", and the test never launches, it just hangs. I really don't understand why. And I am fairly new to Playwright and VSCode, so it may be something very simple that I am missing.
