Hey everyone, I built Deep Face Net, a real-time face swapping application with GUI and CLI built in Python.

webcam and virtual camera support
GUI and CLI modes
modular structure for experimentation

I built this project to move beyond tutorial-style ML work and create something that feels like a real application. Most of the challenge was balancing speed and quality for real-time performance.
