&lt;p&gt;What is the proper term for this?&lt;br&gt;
Backend&lt;br&gt;
Back End&lt;br&gt;
or&lt;br&gt;
Back-end?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I'm fairly certain it matters, since outside of this blog I've never seen so many learning resources!&lt;/p&gt;
