Sometimes the tool becomes another task

I've noticed that it's easy to spend more time organizing work than actually doing it.

You try a new productivity app, customize the setup, move everything into it, and suddenly managing the system becomes work of its own.

Sometimes a basic checklist is enough. Not every problem needs another tool.

I'm starting to think the best tool isn't necessarily the one with the most features. It's the one you stop thinking about once you start working.

Hey everyone! I’m Mohsen.

I enjoy exploring new ideas, trying different tools, and learning from how other people approach problems. I’m interested in technology, online communities, productivity, and the little lessons we pick up through everyday work.

I’m also curious about how people turn an idea into something useful, whether it’s a small project, a better workflow, or a new way of thinking.

I joined DEV to learn from the community, share things I discover along the way, and connect with people who enjoy exchanging ideas.

To kick things off, what’s one small thing you learned recently that made your work or daily life a little easier?

Looking forward to being part of the community! 🙌
