I built a Telegram bot that watches dozens of Polish property sites and filters out agencies

Looking for a flat in Poland usually means refreshing Otodom, OLX and a dozen smaller portals every evening. The good owner-listed flats are gone within a day, agencies repost the same apartment several times, and almost none of the sites let you filter the way people actually search.

So I built @flat_pl_bot, a free Telegram bot that does the watching for you.

 What it does

Collects rent and sale listings (flats and houses) from Otodom, OLX, Nieruchomości Online and a few dozen other Polish portals

Sends new listings as soon as they appear, with quiet hours so it doesn't wake you up

Owners only filter: hides agency listings, so no agency fee (often around one month's rent)

Draw your search area on a map, or set a radius from a point (office, school, metro station)

Floor filters: ground floor only, top floor only, or "neither ground nor top" - the last one I couldn't find on any of the big portals

Shows price per m² for sales, so it's easy to spot overpriced offers

Works in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian

 Why Telegram

Most people in Poland's expat and Ukrainian communities already search for housing through Telegram chats. A bot means no app to install, instant push notifications, and listings land where people already talk about them.

 Try it

t.me/flat_pl_bot - it's free. I'd really like feedback: which filter would you add, and what annoys you most about flat hunting in Poland?

There are also short guides by city (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań) here: rentry.co/flats-poland
