Proxies.fi is an unbiased proxy benchmarking platform and blog dedicated to one thing: showing buyers what proxy providers actually deliver, instead of what their marketing pages claim. Every provider listed is tested continuously — 24/7, from both US and EU infrastructure, with results refreshed every five minutes — so the rankings reflect live network conditions rather than a one-off review written years ago.
At the core of the site is a real-time performance table covering the industry's major residential proxy providers, including Bright Data, FlameProxies, Oxylabs, Decodo, SOAX, Massive, NodeMaven, Evomi, IPRoyal, Webshare, GeoNode, RayoByte and others. Each provider is measured on the metrics that actually determine whether a proxy pool works for your use case: success rate, latency, clean rate, fraud score and price per GB. We also track whether a provider enforces KYC verification, which matters enormously if you need to get started quickly or prefer not to hand over identity documents. Providers are then graded A+ through F so you can see at a glance who is worth testing and who is coasting on brand recognition.
Because no single provider wins at everything, the benchmarks are broken out into dedicated categories: cleanest IPs, geo-targeting precision, pool size, fastest latency and cheapest price per gigabyte. Rankings also change by proxy type — the best residential rotating provider is rarely the best choice for static residential, mobile or datacenter proxies — so each type gets its own separately tested leaderboard.
The site's most distinctive feature is the "Who do they resell?" index. A large share of proxy companies do not own any infrastructure at all; they buy bandwidth wholesale from a handful of upstream networks and resell it at a significant markup, often two to five times the underlying cost. Our A–Z reseller index maps dozens of proxy brands to the source provider actually powering their pool, letting you trace a service back to its origin. If you are paying a premium for what is really IPRoyal, Flashproxy, PyProxy, FlameProxies or Geonode bandwidth behind a different logo, you will find it there — and you can go buy from the source instead.
Alongside the main provider rankings, Proxies.fi maintains a separate benchmark table for resellers, graded on the same metrics so smaller operations can be compared fairly against each other rather than against the networks they resell.
The blog complements the data with practical, vendor-neutral guides: how to test proxy speed properly, what counts as a good success rate, residential vs datacenter performance, benchmarking methodology, and how to evaluate provider reliability beyond uptime marketing. Our full testing methodology is published openly so anyone can scrutinise or reproduce the results.
Proxies.fi takes no payment for ranking positions. Sponsored placements are always labelled as advertisements and sit outside the organic rankings, which are determined by measured performance alone.
Several providers have contacted us offering payment to be removed from our listings because they do not want to appear in the reseller index. This reflects the accuracy and credibility of our indexing.
