Deliver hard copy letter to CBN around you or email: <a href="mailto:cpd@cbn.gov.ng">cpd@cbn.gov.ng</a>. or tel 2347002255226.</p></li> <li><p>Copy the federal competition and consumer protection commission (FCCPC) for good measure.</p></li> <li><p>Institute a legal action against the bank to recover the missing funds.
