What can engage people contributing to an OSS (Open-Source Software) ?</p> <p>Four of us in our final year of engineering school, trying to figure out : <strong>What are the motivational factors that can attract new contributors to an OSS project ?</strong></p> <h2> We need your help ! ;-) </h2> <p>We have prepared a very quick (2 min) poll. We already have defined KPIs for our study and we would like to confront them with this poll.
