Can AI really learn from humans?

After playing with AI for a couple of months, I wanted to see if AI could learn from humans and create its own help desk or call center. I was working with Anthropic's Claude, but I'm sure any other AI agent would work as well.

I wanted the AI agent to learn by listening to the human operators, and then taking over when it felt it had enough info. I already had a lot of experience with VOIP servers, so the link wasn't hard.

I have a test system up and running (You are welcome to try it by calling 1-877-692-4004). Hasn't learned much yet, since we are still early stage.

I would love to have your comments on the concept or implementation. And if you would like to participate in a more meaningful way, drop me an email at bill@novatrope.us We could really use some extensive testing at this point.
