For over three months, we’ve been encountering a persistent issue specifically in the iOS Sandbox environment:</p> <p>Error 8: The receipt is not valid<br> The receipt is not valid. The purchased product was missing in the receipt. This is typically due to a bug in StoreKit.</p> <p>Resolving this issue in the Sandbox environment is our top priority right now, as it’s critical for us to conduct proper testing before moving forward. We’ve tried several solutions, including:</p> <p>Regenerating new API keys according to RevenueCat’s guidelines, though we were unable to successfully create a .cer file. We're not sure if the issue with creating the .cer file is related to the error we're encountering.<br> Creating a new Sandbox user with a different Apple ID.<br> Following all the relevant documentation available online and provided by RevenueCat.<br> Despite our efforts, the issue remains unresolved, which is significantly delaying our project. We are eager to get this issue resolved so we can proceed with testing and ensure a smooth launch.</p> <p>If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has insights into how we might address this, we would greatly appreciate your advice.</p> <p>Thank you in advance for your assistance.</p> help
