I Built a Global ASO Screenshot Marketplace as a Solo Founder

Hey everyone,

I am a solo developer, and I want to share the story of building and launching ShotPanda, a global marketplace for App Store Optimization (ASO) screenshot templates.

The Screenshot Bottleneck As developers, we spend months writing clean code, building features, and polishing our mobile apps. But when it comes to launching on the App Store or Google Play, we face a major roadblock: designing marketing screenshots.

High-converting, professional screenshots are the number one factor driving app store install rates. Yet, hiring custom designers is expensive, and trying to design them yourself in Figma takes hours of manual work. I wanted to build a platform where developers could customize templates in the browser and export them instantly.

The Technical Stack Being a solo founder, speed and scalability were my main goals. Here is the stack I used to bring the platform to life:

Frontend: Next.js 15 (App Router) deployed on Vercel
Database and Auth: Supabase (PostgreSQL)
Styling: Tailwind CSS
Payment Processing and Tax Compliance: Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company)
Using Lemon Squeezy allowed me to launch globally on day one. Since they act as the Merchant of Record, they handle the absolute nightmare of global VAT collection and customer invoicing, leaving me to focus purely on the product.

Dual Earning Mechanism To grow the platform organically, I designed two core loops:

Designers (68 percent Split): Can upload and monetize their design assets globally with automated payouts. They also get a customized bio page at pnd.bio that automatically syncs with their stores.

Link Monetizers (pnd.lat): Users can shorten any link using our built-in link shortener and earn money per click. These earnings accumulate in their wallet and can be spent as store discounts or cashed out.

Referrers (10 percent Commission): Anyone who shares their referral link gets a 10 percent cash reward on purchases made by referred users.

Launch Special We are officially live! If you are a designer, the first 1,000 sellers get 1 month of Free Pro to start hosting their stores. If you are an app developer, I would love to get your feedback on the in-browser template editor.

Check it out here: https://shotpanda.com

Would love to hear your thoughts, feedback on the UI, or questions about the integration stack!

How I built my first mobile game in 15 days using Flutter and AI as a Graphic Designer

The Challenge: From 15 Years of Design to Game Development

I’ve spent over 15 years as a Graphic Designer. I always wanted to build my own game, but coding felt like an impossible wall to climb. Everyone told me I needed a team and years of study.

I decided to prove them wrong. Using Flutter and AI tools, I built and published my first mobile game, Inheritance Simulator, in just 15 days.

 The Tech Stack

Framework: Flutter (for cross-platform performance)

Logic & Coding: Assisted by AI (to bridge the gap in my coding knowledge)

Design: My 15 years of expertise + AI-enhanced assets

The Game Concept: High Stakes & Brutal Reality

I didn't want to make another "happy" life sim. In my game, you start with a $3,000,000 inherited debt.

Beggar to Tycoon: You start with nothing.

Risk vs. Reward: Choose between a slow legal career or the high-risk 'Underworld'.

Consequences: One bad heist can lead to prison, just like in real life.

Key Learnings as a Solo Dev

Building this as a solo dev taught me that the barrier to entry in game development has been shattered by AI. It’s no longer just about knowing every syntax; it’s about problem-solving and vision.

I’m constantly refining the 'debt' mechanics and adding new life events. I’d love to hear from this community: How are you integrating AI into your development workflow?

Check out the game on Google Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.legacy.lifeanddebtsimulator

I'm open to all technical feedback and collaboration!
