Hello Dev.to! 👋

I’m the founder of the Gloria Studio Community Foundation (GSCF). We are tackling a massive, often overlooked gap: specialized, lightweight technology and open-source licensing for the ecclesiastical sector.

To solve this, we built Motor525 — a single-process Python + native webview architecture that runs on just ~19 MB RAM — powering our projection tool, Glória Projeção 1.0.0. We also authored the Church Software License (CSL) to keep our ecosystem free, sovereign, and legally protected.

Check out our work here

Excited to connect with fellow devs, Python enthusiasts, and open-source builders! What are your thoughts on building ultra-light alternatives to heavy Electron apps?
