I Built a Tool to Compare AI Model API Prices and Provider Availability

If you use multiple AI model APIs, you have probably run into the same problem:

The same model can be offered by many providers, but their pricing, availability, and token usage may vary significantly. Comparing them manually is time-consuming, and the cheapest option is not always the most reliable one.

That is why I built Oken.ai.

Oken.ai is a platform for comparing AI model API providers across the market. It currently helps developers:

Compare input, output, and cached-token prices

Find providers offering the same AI model

Monitor API route availability

Evaluate model consistency

Measure actual token consumption

Filter models by company, capability, and billing type

Track newly released models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and others

For example, if you want to use GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, or another model, you can quickly see which providers offer it, compare their prices, and check whether their API routes are currently available.

The goal is simple: help developers choose AI model services based on transparent pricing and measurable availability, rather than marketing claims alone.

You can try it here:

I would appreciate feedback from the developer community:

What information do you need when choosing an AI API provider?

Which models or providers should be added?

What would make the comparison more useful for your workflow?

Disclosure: I am involved with Oken.ai and am sharing it to collect feedback and improve the platform.
