  The pitch — straight

&lt;p&gt;We are &lt;strong&gt;ORIZYN TECH&lt;/strong&gt; — a product holding building marketplace + telemetry + SaaS products from physical assets (NavIQ, Muambei, Preva &amp;amp; Helx). We have visual MVPs and pilot plans. We are recruiting &lt;strong&gt;builders&lt;/strong&gt; who accept &lt;strong&gt;equity-only&lt;/strong&gt; compensation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Important — read carefully&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;This is equity-only. No salary. No bonuses. No paid screening tasks. Nothing in cash at the start.&lt;/strong&gt; Compensation is exclusively equity in the project/SPV with standard vesting (&lt;strong&gt;4 years / 1 year cliff&lt;/strong&gt;) and revenue-share mechanics to be negotiated in LOI/SPV when pilots monetize. We do not offer any cash bounties or paid tests.&lt;/p&gt;

  Open roles (equity-only, remote)

&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mobile Lead — React Native (Lead Mobile / Product Lead)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Own client architecture, offline sync, performance, App Store pipelines, mentor mobile devs. Equity range: &lt;strong&gt;0.8%–1.5%&lt;/strong&gt; (negotiable). Vesting &lt;strong&gt;4y / 1y cliff&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Backend — Telemetry / Data Engineer (ingest + storage)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Design ingestion pipelines, time-series schema (Postgres/Timescale), validation, ETL and observability. Equity range: &lt;strong&gt;0.75%–1.5%&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Frontend Mobile Engineer — React Native (UI / Performance)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
High-quality UI, animations, offline behaviour, integration with mobile backend. Equity range: &lt;strong&gt;0.5%–1.0%&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DevOps / Platform (K8s, CI/CD, infra) — contract / retainer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
Build infra-as-code, pipelines, monitoring and production reliability. Equity range: &lt;strong&gt;0.25%–0.8%&lt;/strong&gt; (contractor allowance negotiable later, but &lt;strong&gt;no&lt;/strong&gt; paid screening tasks).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Clear commitment and availability (hours/week agreed at interview).
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Founder/owner mindset: you treat the product as yours.
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on delivery: you will ship, iterate and operate in the field.
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clear communication in English or Portuguese. Weekly syncs mandatory.
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sign NDA + IP assignment before receiving sensitive assets.&lt;/li&gt;
