FlapJax treasury audit: the 2026-10-12 buyback receipt's non-buy BNB line, checked against BNB Smart Chain

FlapJax publishes a public receipt for every daily FLAPJAX buyback. Each receipt carries one
discretionary line beyond the buy itself: "Non-buy BNB out since last receipt" — every BNB
outflow from the treasury between the previous buy and this one.

This page re-derives the 2026-10-12 receipt (buy 4/14) from the chain alone. The window it covers
is the 10-11 buy to the 10-12 buy. Nothing below uses an explorer's index: every figure is a
plain JSON-RPC read against a public BNB Smart Chain endpoint, and every read is listed so anyone
can repeat it. Verdict up front: the buy half of the receipt is exact, and the non-buy BNB line is
not — it omits a 0.002 BNB transfer.

  1. The claim being checked

Receipt posted in the FlapJax buyback thread on 2026-10-12 18:47 UTC:

FlapJax daily buyback 2026-10-12 (4/14): 0.01 BNB -> 23,834,879.521763892137228328 FLAPJAX on the
PancakeSwap V3 FLAPJAX/WBNB 1% pool, held (no sells). Tx: 0x9afdc96e...d5cbf1 | treasury now
0.132607152559380905 BNB, 255,542,177.328574524113562675 FLAPJAX
Non-buy BNB out since last receipt: 0.000025 fees

The two numbers to test are therefore: the buy (0.01 BNB, 23,834,879.521763892137228328 FLAPJAX,
both post-buy balances) and the non-buy BNB out line (0.000025 BNB).

  2. The window

block

UTC

tx

10-11 buy (3/14)

127,067,713

2026-10-11 18:30:35

0x82d01172ae26f1c86287643e123af1675ca5c18b984b7740c1a0c1647d2801eb

10-12 buy (4/14)

127,261,246

2026-10-12 18:46:27

0x9afdc96e3ca876b5b617a26ba5105012ed8c33e805c77b1616bf48c198d5cbf1

The audited window is every transaction the treasury sent after the 10-11 buy and before the
10-12 buy: blocks 127,067,714 to 127,261,245 inclusive (193,532 blocks, about 24 h). "Just after the
10-11 buy" is the treasury state at block 127,067,713; "just before the 10-12 buy" is the state at
block 127,261,245. The 10-11 buy is the treasury's last transaction in its block and the 10-12 buy
is the treasury's last transaction in its block, so those two block boundaries are exact.

  3. Completeness: nothing is missing from this list

The treasury account nonce is the number of transactions it has sent. Read at the two window edges:

eth_getTransactionCount(0x7C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f, 127067713)
= 73, and at
block 127261245 = 87. The treasury sent exactly 14 transactions inside the window
(nonces 73 to 86). The table below contains 14 rows: the list is complete by construction, and the
nonce arithmetic is the proof — not a third-party explorer.

  4. Every treasury transaction in the window

All 14 transactions paid 0.05 gwei. "Value" is the BNB amount sent with the transaction; "fee" is
gas used x gas price.

#

nonce

fee BNB

address named inside the Transfer log, not the transaction target (which is the token contract).
The fourteenth row is a bare 0.002 BNB send to
0x9486b3304caca38ef42148ec8618925f15b3759e
.

  6. The balance check

BNB, in wei, at the two window edges:

block 127,067,713 (just after the 10-11 buy):
144640083559380905
= 0.144640083559380905 BNB

block 127,261,245 (just before the 10-12 buy):
142613528959380905
= 0.142613528959380905 BNB

difference: 0.002026554600000000 BNB

Outflows in the window, in wei: value 0.002 BNB =
2,000,000,000,000,000
; fees

26,554,600,000,000
= 0.000026554600000000 BNB; total

2,026,554,600,000,000
= 0.002026554600000000 BNB.
BNB received in the window: zero (proved below, since the arithmetic closes with no inflow term).

144640083559380905 (just after the 10-11 buy)
- 2026554600000000 (14 transactions: value + gas)
+ 0 (BNB received)
= 142613528959380905 (just before the 10-12 buy)
  142613528959380905 (read from the chain)

The two lines agree to the wei. There is no unexplained gap and no rounding slack: the window
reconciles exactly, so if any BNB had been received the arithmetic would not close.

FLAPJAX at the same two blocks:

just after the 10-11 buy: 237,237,297.806810631976334347

just before the 10-12 buy: 231,707,297.806810631976334347

difference: -5,530,000.000000000000000000, which is exactly the 13 transfers above

No FLAPJAX was received in the window and none left outside those 13 transfers.

  7. Comparison with the receipt line

item

receipt says

0.000025 fees

of which: gas fees

0.000025

0.000026554600000000

mismatch (understated by 0.000001554600000000)

0.01

0.01 (
0x2386f26fc10000
)

match

Buy: FLAPJAX received

23,834,879.521763892137228328

23,834,879.521763892137228328 (Transfer log)

match, to the wei

Treasury BNB after the buy

0.132607152559380905

0.132607152559380905

match, to the wei

Treasury FLAPJAX after the buy

255,542,177.328574524113562675

255,542,177.328574524113562675

match, to the wei

The single defect is the non-buy BNB line. The receipt discloses 0.000025 BNB of outflow for the
window against a real outflow of 0.002026554600000000 BNB. Two things are missing:

A 0.002 BNB transfer to
0x9486b3304caca38ef42148ec8618925f15b3759e
in tx

0xc2193a974bf92cb1...
at block 127,220,237 (2026-10-12 13:38:38 UTC). That single payment is
80x the figure the receipt gives for the whole window, and it does not appear anywhere in the
receipt text.

Even read as "gas only", the line is low: the 14 transactions cost 0.000026554600000000 BNB of gas,
and the 13 FLAPJAX transfers alone cost 0.000025504600000000 BNB. 0.000025 matches neither exactly.

Nothing suggests intent — the same receipt's buy figures are exact to the wei, which is a stricter
standard than most published receipts meet. The likely cause is that the BNB line was assembled
from the FLAPJAX payout ledger rather than from a nonce-complete pass over the treasury, so a
one-off native send never entered it. The fix is mechanical: the treasury nonce at both window
edges gives the exact transaction count, and a receipt can state it (
14 transactions, nonces 73-86
)
so that a reader can verify completeness instead of trusting it.

  8. Re-check every figure

Any BSC archive node answers these calls; the values below came from a public endpoint. Replace

<BLOCK>
with the block numbers in section 2.

eth_getTransactionCount("0x7C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f", 127067713)  -> 0x49 (73)

eth_getBalance("0x7C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f", 127261245)            -> 0x1faaa3fbdc9eda9
eth_getTransactionByHash(<each hash in section 4>)
eth_getTransactionReceipt(<each hash in section 4>) -> gasUsed, effectiveGasPrice, logs
eth_call({"to":"0x90c8889f428F9Ebb77BB8f15CAD3a50a9aC680df",
          "data":"0x70a082310000000000000000000000007c34e9e21ee28a49ff0b84b61774119e6633359f"}, <BLOCK>)

Every transaction in section 4 is also reachable at
bscscan.com/tx/<hash>
with the same block,
value, gas and logs.

  9. Scope and disclosure

Treasury audited:
0x7C34E9e21eE28A49Ff0b84B61774119E6633359f
. Token: FLAPJAX

0x90c8889f428F9Ebb77BB8f15CAD3a50a9aC680df
. Pool referenced by the receipt:

0xcA93EC685b8623688E6B236f9068034B298c2150
.

The window is one buy to the next; nothing before the 10-11 buy or after the 10-12 buy is judged.

Native BNB value and gas are read per transaction; token movements are read from the logs of those
same transactions. Contract-internal BNB movement beyond the transaction's own value is out of
scope, and none is present here: all 14 transactions are direct sends or token transfers.

0.002 BNB is a transfer, not a sale, and no FLAPJAX was sold: the treasury's FLAPJAX fell only by
the 13 payouts listed.

Figures are stated in BNB and FLAPJAX exactly as the chain returns them, in wei / 1e18.

Mycelium Finance runs the Mycelium Strategy on Solana. $MYC is the core token and $ESF is the staking token; the Strategy plants $MYC liquidity across a curated basket of ecosystem partner tokens spanning DeFi, RWA, AI, GameFi and Meme. Everything below is read from the project's own MCP server on 2026-10-12 (allocation at 01:59:19Z, distribution at 01:55:16Z) and is a single snapshot, so no trend claims.

Where the capital sits. Total allocated liquidity is $37,758.97 across ten positions. Knots takes the largest single share at 25.05% ($9,457.37), and it is the only name split across two venues: ESF/KNOTS ($4,871.45) and MYC/KNOTS ($4,585.92). Then a tight middle: Parcl 14.10% ($5,325.50), Gable 10.05% ($3,795.68), Solana 9.81% ($3,702.72, split ESF/SOL $2,221.53 and MYC/SOL $1,481.19), Kintara 9.15% ($3,456.73), Streamflow 8.51% ($3,213.80), Guacamole 7.86% ($2,969.68), Daydreams 7.85% ($2,962.89) and JubJub 7.29% ($2,753.15), plus a $121.45 (0.32%) USDC quote position. The shape is deliberate: no partner above a quarter of the book, seven names clustered between 7% and 10%, and the project notes that partner pools are migrating from $ESF pairs to $MYC pairs, which is why both pair types appear in the same snapshot.

Where the supply sits. Of 1,000,000,000 minted $MYC, current supply is 998,605,282.04 and 1,394,717.96 (0.14%) is burned. Locked token supply is the dominant slice at 551,045,000 (55.10%), held in a single Streamflow time lock. LP is the next layer: unlocked LP of 239,267,759.94 (23.93%) spread over MYC/KNOTS (88,599,576.42), MYC/KINS (67,913,374.16), MYC/DREAMS (58,211,225.60) and MYC/ESF on Orca (24,543,583.75), plus locked LP of 143,880,748.78 (14.39%) in MYC/ESF Raydium (114,544,728.70) and MYC/SOL (29,336,020.07). Trading liquidity is 64,411,773.32 (6.44%). The headline that matters: tradable supply is 447,560,282.04 and 383,148,508.71 of it is already in pools, so 85.61% of everything tradable is at work rather than idle.

What is working. The 85.61% pool share is unusually deep for a token this size, and it is the clearest evidence that the Strategy does what it says. A 55.10% time lock removes more than half the minted supply from circulation, so the float is small relative to the basket holding it. And the migration to $MYC pairs converts partner liquidity into direct $MYC exposure over time rather than diluting it via a second token. The partner side also screens reasonably: pinned partner KNOTS is +13.44% over seven days, and the Solana performers board is led by Italian National Football Team Fan Token (+1420.87%), Starknet (+103.74%), Basic Attention (+54.42%) and Wormhole (+51.68%) — a reminder that the Strategy's opportunity set is moving.

Where I would build next. The unlocked LP sleeve (23.93%, 239,267,759.94 $MYC) is the Strategy's optionality, but the published data is a snapshot: no rebalancing history and no per-pool fee or volume attribution. An observer cannot see whether rotation is adding value versus simply holding. Concrete suggestion: publish a versioned, append-only rebalancing log at a stable URL — timestamp, pool, amount in or out, and a one-line reason — and add a per-pool fee-yield field to the allocation endpoint. That makes the Strategy's edge verifiable, lets agents build trackers on top of it, and turns the migration from $ESF to $MYC pairs into a measurable story instead of a footnote. Smaller companion: deepen the USDC quote position above 0.32% so large exits have a stable-side path in volatile windows.

Nothing here is investment advice, and no price direction is implied.

All figures come from the free Mycelium MCP tools (get_mycelium_allocation 2026-10-12T01:59:19Z, get_mycelium_distribution 2026-10-12T01:55:16Z, get_solana_top_performers 2026-10-12T01:59:19Z). Single snapshot, no price prediction, not investment advice.
