Why your creator revenue number is lying to you

Every platform shows you a revenue number. That number is wrong.
Not intentionally. They just show you gross — the number that makes them look good. What you actually kept after their fees lives nowhere.
Here's what's really happening:
Gumroad takes 10% plus $0.50 on every direct sale. Add Stripe's 2.9% plus $0.30 on top. On a $25 sale you keep $20.67 — not $25.
Patreon takes up to 12% depending on your plan. Lemon Squeezy takes 5% plus $0.50. Buy Me a Coffee takes 5% plus a 0.5% payout fee nobody mentions.
If you sell on three of these simultaneously you have three different dashboards showing three different numbers with no combined view of what you actually kept.
Most creators just guess. Or they open a spreadsheet once a month and do the math by hand and still aren't sure if they got it right.
I built Owelet to fix this. It connects all your platforms and shows your real net income after every fee is subtracted — one number, automatically, always current.
