After the session ends, there’s usually nothing left except the final estimate.</p> <p>After running quite a few estimation meetings, that always felt like a missing piece to me. I often wanted to look back and understand how the session actually went.</p> <p>Did we spend too long on a single issue?<br> Were estimates very far apart before discussion?<br> Do we tend to agree quickly or debate a lot?</p> <p>So I built <a href="https://planela.io" rel="noopener noreferrer"><strong>Planela</strong></a>.</p> <p>It’s a <strong>free Planning Poker app with no limitations</strong>, but the main difference compared to other tools is that it includes <strong>session metrics</strong>.</p> <h2> Simple Planning Poker sessions </h2> <p>The core experience is intentionally straightforward.</p> <p>You create a session, prepare the backlog, share the link and your team joins. Everyone votes independently and the cards are revealed together.
