ParentMate also offers a curated catalog of age-matched activities for children ages 0–16, supporting emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development. Guidance is grounded in established frameworks such as CDC milestones and AAP Bright Futures and shaped with licensed youth counselors. AI identifies patterns in Journal entries, suggests next steps, and tracks what helps. When conversations indicate a medical, developmental, or safety concern, the coach directs parents toward professional help. Conversations are private and never sold or shared.
