I'm a developer from Kosovo. A few months ago I noticed something that kept bothering me.

Local businesses around me like real estate agents, clinics, small shops, were losing customers not because they had a bad product, but because nobody was replying to inquiries fast enough.

A real estate agent gets a WhatsApp message at 9pm: "I'm interested in the apartment." Replies at 9am. By then the person already called someone else.

So I built LeadflowAI.

What it does:

Connects to WhatsApp and email

Sends an instant AI-generated reply that qualifies the lead

Scores the lead based on intent and urgency

Syncs to Google Sheets or CRM

Pings the owner only when someone is actually serious

Tech stack:

Next.js + TypeScript

Tailwind + shadcn/ui

OpenAI for structured outputs

Vercel for deployment

I’m a big fan of the "Lean Startup" methodology. Instead of spending 6 months building a complex dashboard, I've launched replyfast.tech as a landing page to see if small business owners actually care about "Speed-to-Lead" as much as I think they do.

Zero customers yet. Would love feedback from anyone who has built something similar or works with small businesses.

What would you change?
