A few months ago I noticed something that kept bothering me.</p> <p>Local businesses around me like real estate agents, clinics, small shops, were losing customers not because they had a bad product, but because nobody was replying to inquiries fast enough.</p> <p>A real estate agent gets a WhatsApp message at 9pm: "I'm interested in the apartment." Replies at 9am. By then the person already called someone else.</p> <p>So I built LeadflowAI.</p> <p><strong>What it does:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Connects to WhatsApp and email</li> <li>Sends an instant AI-generated reply that qualifies the lead</li> <li>Scores the lead based on intent and urgency</li> <li>Syncs to Google Sheets or CRM</li> <li>Pings the owner only when someone is actually serious</li> </ul> <p><strong>Tech stack:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Next.js + TypeScript</li> <li>Tailwind + shadcn/ui</li> <li>OpenAI for structured outputs</li> <li>Vercel for deployment</li> </ul> <p>I’m a big fan of the "Lean Startup" methodology. Instead of spending 6 months building a complex dashboard, I've launched <a href="https://replyfast.tech" rel="noopener noreferrer">replyfast.tech</a> as a landing page to see if small business owners actually care about "Speed-to-Lead" as much as I think they do.</p> <p>Zero customers yet.
