Before Signing (Contract Scanner): Drop a PDF, DOCX, or text. It flags high-risk clauses, scores the contract out of 100, and writes a polite counter-proposal email with a safer replacement clause.
During the Project (Scope Guard): Save your project's key deliverables and revision cap to Contract Memory (your full contract is never stored). Paste any client message, and Scope Guard tells you if it's IN_SCOPE, OUT_OF_SCOPE (Billable), or GREY_AREA—complete with a ready-to-send Change Order quote.
When Invoices Go Late (Payment Chaser): Calculates your cost of delayed capital and generates 3 levels of escalation notices.
