I'm currently exploring ways to fine-tune and deploy a private LLM & interface similar to ChatGPT.

My main motivation is that sometimes data is private and not meant to be shared with an open system. This could include company data or proprietary data. At the momen I am playing with a self hosted instance of https://open-assistant.io/ but I am sure there are better ways. What's your take on this?
