I built a QR-to-print pipeline for Indian cyber cafes — no customer app, auto-delete after print

Indian print shops run on WhatsApp and pendrives. A customer walks in, sends a PDF to the shopkeeper's WhatsApp, the shopkeeper downloads it, opens it, prints it. Multiply by 50 customers a day and the counter becomes a file-management job.

I built QR Se Print (https://qrseprint.in) to kill that workflow. The pipeline:

Each shop gets a unique QR code (printed, stuck on the counter).
Customer scans it with their phone browser — no app install needed on the customer side.
Customer uploads the document and pays the shop directly (the shop owner connects their own Razorpay or Cashfree gateway; the platform takes zero commission).
A lightweight agent on the shop's Windows PC picks up the job and prints it on any installed printer.
The file deletes from the PC and the server the very next second after printing finishes.

Design decisions worth noting:

No customer app. The phone side is pure web — scan, upload, pay, done. Adoption friction is zero.
Deletion is not a cron job; it is a command that runs the next second after the print completes. Privacy is a feature, not a policy page.
No hardware lock-in. If the shop already owns a printer, that printer works.

The product is live at https://qrseprint.in with a free demo, and I just submitted the companion Android app (free, ad-supported on the free plan) for Google Play review. Built solo from Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. Happy to answer technical questions in the comments.
