This discussion is intended to raise a question that's bothering for quite some time - Hybrid applications are a great way to develop almost simultaneously for Android and iOS. There are several options to pick from but we currently have an app in production based on Apache Cordova.
Is time to move on? What would you do?

A junior developer we had to let go approached me.
She was starting her job search and was very anxious about all the upcoming interviews.

"Most people don't write good resumes", I found myself saying.
She looked baffled.
"People write these long list of technologies. They may have only touched once and expect the interviewer to figure out what they know", I explained.
"Can you fix it?", she asked, puzzled.

- "Write your accomplishments and learn how to tell them as stories."
- "Stories?"
- "Yes. This is your story so you'll know best how to tell it. It'll be interesting, relevant and engaging."
