You pick a title, paste a URL, pay a dollar, and wait to be #1.</p> <p>The ranking rule is the product. Most clones skip that part and copy the Stripe form.</p> <h2> Two ways to sort a board </h2> <p><strong>Lifetime take.</strong> The site adds up everything you have ever paid. #1 is whoever spent the most, forever. A whale pays once. The board freezes. New listings wait for a death that never comes.</p> <p><strong>Remaining fuel.</strong> Rank is what is left after time eats the bid. You can still buy #1. You cannot keep it by sitting still. If you stop paying, you slide.</p> <p>Outbid.lol (Jonathan Wilke) proved the first version can print money when the room is already watching. The copies proved the second half: a checkout without an audience is a vacant hallway with a price tag.</p> <h2> Why the furniture problem is real </h2> <p>Permanent rank is a dollar auction with the reset ripped out.</p> <p>People screenshot the receipt. "$17k for #1." That number is a freeze frame. It is not a market. The next builder cannot play until the whale leaves. If you need someone to get bored before you can participate, you are not in a market. You are in a waiting room.</p> <p>Remaining fuel is boring until you watch a parked #1 sit still for a week. That is the point.</p> <h2> What this is not </h2> <p>It is not "better SEO." A paid slot does not make your product good. It does not give you returning users. Boards sell the click. They do not give the listing a reason to be opened twice.</p> <p>If the hallway is empty, $1 and $17k buy the same silence. Check whether anyone is actually refreshing before you pay for furniture.</p> <h2> If you are cloning this week </h2> <p>Copy the decay, not just the bid button.
