&lt;p&gt;Employee handles are derived using HMAC(user_id + project_id + company_salt) — deterministic but one-way. You can't reverse it to find the user&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Handles rotate every 90 days so even long-term pattern matching is broken&lt;/p&gt;
