For the past year I've been building two production web applications alongside the brokerage business, and I've reached the point where I need to bring on one senior full-stack engineer to work directly with me.</p> <h2> What you'd work on </h2> <p>Two live products, both in active use:</p> <ol> <li> <strong>A commercial real estate search platform</strong> — real broker and tenant users, geospatial search, map-heavy UX</li> <li> <strong>A property management platform</strong> with a deep QuickBooks integration for the back-office side of the business</li> </ol> <p>Both are built on <strong>Next.js 14 + TypeScript + Supabase (Postgres) + Prisma + Anthropic Claude API</strong>, deployed on Vercel and a Contabo VPS. Mapbox for geo.
