I’m Rahul, a Full-Stack Developer passionate about building high-performance web applications, clean system architecture, and lightning-fast user experiences.

Today, I’m excited to share Torq Desk (torqdesk.tech)—an automotive CRM and workshop management platform built to streamline garage operations, vehicle history records, and service tracking.
🛠️ The Tech Stack

Building a modern SaaS requires balancing scalability, cost-efficiency, and developer experience. Here is what powers Torq Desk:

Database & Auth: Supabase (PostgreSQL) paired with Firebase Auth for scalable authentication workflows.

Storage & Edge: Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare R2 object storage, and Cloudflare D1 for lightweight edge caching.

Frontend: Responsive SPA architecture with a strong focus on asset optimization, instant initial renders, and clean UI components.

Email & Communication: Brevo & Zoho Mail integration for transactional verification and notifications.

💡 What I'm Solving

Most traditional workshop tools are bloated, slow, or difficult for garage owners and vehicle owners to navigate seamlessly. Torq Desk is designed from the ground up to solve:

End-to-End Job Card Management: Tracking vehicle check-ins, service updates, and work progress in real-time.

GST-Compliant Invoicing: Simple, automatic tax calculations and professional billing receipts.

Vehicle Owner Portals: Dedicated digital garages for car owners to track complete service histories and record logs.

Zero-Lag Performance: Aggressive client-side resource optimization and edge caching to ensure instant loads on mobile and desktop.
