&lt;p&gt;Optionality measures career health more accurately than title.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Optionality reduces anxiety because it restores agency.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It protects systems from their own momentum.&lt;/p&gt;
