This blog will delve into the realm of frontend caching, detailing how it significantly bolstered the performance of my existing website, AI Toolhouse

Why caching is important?

Caching on the frontend is important because it can significantly improve the performance of a website or web application
Caching can also improve the performance of dynamic resources, such as search results and product pages. By caching the results of these queries, you can reduce the load on the server and improve the response time for users.
Reduced latency: Caching can significantly reduce the amount of time it takes for a page to load. This is because the browser does not have to download the static resources from the server each time the page is visited.
Improved scalability: Caching can help to improve the scalability of a website or web application by reducing the load on the server. This is important for websites and web applications that experience a lot of traffic.
Reduced bandwidth usage: Caching can help to reduce bandwidth usage by storing frequently accessed resources in the browser. This can save money on hosting costs and improve the performance of the website or web application.

During the development of AI Toolhouse, considerations like these weren't initially on my radar. As I repeatedly hit the server, performance issues and server load became apparent. This prompted me to invest considerable time in mastering these concepts. I embarked on an extensive learning journey, exploring and ultimately implementing these vital optimizations.
