IP Address Checker: It provides free service, and the fastest API compare these APIs all website. This website API takes only 16777 milliseconds per 1000 calls. Mean 1 request take only 16ms. It gives free APIs. You can call unlimited request. They have no request limit. This website APIs gives User Country, City, Country short code, IP range, Country time. It has proper documents. It is also an open-source project. But they are donation system. But it has some limitation also they don’t provide the ISP info of the users. If you don’t need the ISP info you can use it.
GeoJS: GeoJS is also an open-source and fully free APIs website. I also test this website API. This website API take 21073 milliseconds per 1000 calls for me. Mean 1 request take 20ms. It also gives you unlimited request. You can call unlimited their APIs. It gives you extra ISP Details also. But they don’t provide the APIs range. They have also documentation. You can visit website and try their APIs

IP-API: It gives you free APIs. But it has limitation. You can’t call 45 requests per minute. You can’t use https for free. They have paid plan. I don’t use that. It has also some problems. When I tested it takes some request then I can’t get data due to pipeline break. I don’t recommend it if you have much request per minute.
