Android Studio | opened an existing project with no windows to work on

Hello, application programmers,
My question is about Android Studio.
I opened an existing project.
And it's opened without windows or tools. (why? - How to fix it?)

Also, there is a selection I don't know why it appears which is (compare with previous apk)

Margin Indentation In Strings | Problem

Hello guys,
I was practising some of Kotlin on the coding ground.
It's about margin indentation. I practised using the pipe with the function .trimMargin(). And I applied it correctly.
Now, I'm trying the triangle prefix. But it doesn't work.

How can we apply pseudo-class on a single line without CSS?

Hello everybody,
I've learned how to apply pseudo-class by using CSS style.
For example,

a: hover {color: green}

.
My QUESTION:-
How can we apply pseudo-class like (hover, focus, active, visited, link) on a line WITHOUT CSS?
For example, on the following tag:

Is there a tag, atribute, value ...! How?
