      <title>Importing posts from an RSS feed with Eleventy</title>

&lt;p&gt;At &lt;a href="https://thoughtbot.com"&gt;thoughtbot&lt;/a&gt; we love to design and develop in the open. Recently, Dimiter, George (&lt;a class="mentioned-user" href="https://dev.to/gkosmo"&gt;@gkosmo&lt;/a&gt;) and I started livestreaming our work on Design Dot. A website for designers at thoughtbot to engage with the design community.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In this session we set out to import design specific blogposts from the main &lt;a href="https://thoughtbot.com/blog"&gt;thoughtbot blog&lt;/a&gt;. We spent most of the session writing a Jest test to make sure the RSS feed is valid.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I drove this session, and was kind of nervous working with vim in public. Didn't turn out to be so bad. 👍🏽 &lt;/p&gt;
