How to schedule WhatsApp message using just 2 lines of code

Hey Guys!
Welcome back to another brand new post of Sai Ansul's Blog.
Today we are gonna find out How to schedule WhatsApp message using just 2 lines of code , yes you heard it right just 2 lines of code.

So lets start,
We will divide the process in 3 parts

Creating a project
Installing pywhatkit
2 lines of code

Part 1

First of all you need to a python interpreter for this project in your device.

I have here used pycharm by JetBrains, you can use any other also.
Then you have to name the file.
I have named it as WHATSAPP MESSAGE AUTOMATION.
Then press create, after that a page would open.

Then select the whole over there with Ctrl+A and click on Backspace.
So now you have a empty slate open just like the below image.

Part 2

Then you need to go to your Browser and search for pywhatkit.

Then after you open the site, you'll see a interface like this,

Then you need to click on pip install pywhatkit to copy the code.

Then we again need to go to the project created.
And open Terminal and paste this.

After clicking on that you need to paste the code pip install pywhatkit.

Like this and press Enter, it will take 1-2 mins to get downloaded, till that you need to open your Browser and open WhatsApp Web and while login remember to tick on the option Keep me signed in.

And when it shows the message as shown in the image, then we are good to start.

Now lets proceed towards the part 3 that is to code

Part 3

Now we need write in the first line as

import pywhatkit

Then this part is divided into 2 parts

Part 1: Message to a personal chat
Part 2: Message to a group

So first lets learn how to send a automated message to a personal chat

Now to need to type

pywhatkit.sendwhatmsg()

Inside the bracket you need to pass all the parameters like, phone number with country code, message and the timing in the format of HH:MM.
Check the sample code out

pywhatkit.sendwhatmsg( '+911234567890', 'HI IM SAI ANSUL',15, 25)

I have written the country code as +91 and then the phone number of the receiver, and the write your message with in'MESSAGE',, then select the time according to the 24 hours format where I have chosen at 15hours and 25 minutes.
and that it ,and press on the execution button and you'll see the message like this.

And now you don't have to do anything just keep the browser open and it will automatically open WhatsApp Web before 20 seconds of the time given, and it will keep the message typed as soon as the time is reached it will send the message.

And at 15:24 a tab opened of WhatsApp Web and opened the contact whose number I had entered in the code, and at exactly 15:25 the message got send.

This was how to send a automated WhatsApp message to a personal chat.

So now let us know how to send a automated WhatsApp message to a group.

The process is very similar and simple to the previous one.

Just what you have to do is rather putting the number of the recipient, you need to put the group id. and change the command to sendwhatsmsg_to_group_
You can find the group id by going into the group info and then click on invite via link and then you need to put the prefix of that. The suffix of the link is the group id code.

Like this

pywhatkit.sendwhatmsg_to_group('CBURAqngjD54UzFHg6CGi7','HELLO',16 ,47 )

The parameters are:
phone_num (required) - Phone number of target with country code
message (required) - Message that you want to sendwhatmsg
time_hour (required) - Hours at which you want to send message in 24 hour format
time_min (required) - Minutes at which you want to send message
wait_time (optional, val=20) - Seconds after which the message will be sent after opening the web
print_waitTime (optional, val=True) - Will print the remaining time if set to true

Some common errors:
CountryCodeException - Check if the phone number passed into the parameter has country code
Message not getting delivered - Check internet speed and increase wait_time to 30 or above CallTimeException - The web takes some time to load so some delay is required, make sure the seconds left is greater than the wait_time
SyntaxError - Make sure the first two parameters are string and the rest are int

So now this was how to send a automated WhatsApp message to a personal chat or a group using just 2 lines of code.

Hey Guys, Welcome back to a new post of SAI ANSUL'S BLOG. Today I'll be talking about difference between coding and programming.

These 2 terms are related to computer-science in software development.

Before, I was thinking that coding and programming means the same, but its not! So, after an research I got to know that 2 terms meaning are different. So I thought that many of us also may think the same so I'm back with a blog on this topic.

First let us know what is coding and programming.

What is Coding ?

It is basically the translation of codes from human language to machine based language. It can be programming's sub division since its from the foundation of programming.
A coder has to write codes in various programming languages like C, Java, Python, etc.
Using codes you make computer understand your instructions.

There are 3 most common components of programming languages

Syntax
Compiler
Execution

A computer only understands binary code language. So a coder's work is to convert the instructions to the language that computer understand. The coders work is to convert the code ,after code conversion, it has to debug it then testing it and then finally the quality is analyzed. These is together is called source code.

What is Programming?

It is a bigger concept then coding, coding is a part of programming. Programming is a process to develop an executable software program that's implemented without any errors. It's the programmer's job to analyze a problem in the code and to provide solutions to it.
A programmer makes complex programs, read and execute that will be understandable to the machine. If you can build a program and ensure that the program has no errors, you can consider yourself as a programmer who is successful.

So let's start,

Firstly let us know what is programming?

Programming is the way we can make the computer perform various tasks.

What is programming language?

It is a formal language to perform various tasks, there are several protocols and algorithms to be followed.

Let us know the types of programming languages:

Procedural Programming Language.
Functional Programming Language.
Object-oriented Programming Language.
Scripting Programming Language.
Logic Programming Language.

Some names of programming language are:

C++ Language.
C Language.
Pascal Language.
Python Language.
Java Language.
Perl Language
Lisp Language

So, now lets us know something about both the programming language:

C++

It is programming language used for building high level programmed applications, developed by Bjarne Stroustrup as an extension of the C programming language, or "C with Classes". C++ supports different ways of programming like: object-oriented, functional, procedural and more.

Python

It is a programming language, it's object oriented, it's a interpreter language which is easy to learn. This can be used for software and web development also for data science.

Now let us know some of the of the difference between two programming language

Disadvantages of C++

It does not have any security feature
It can't support garbage collection
Difficult to debug while used for web applications
It becomes complex while in a very big and high level programming

So, since we have covered what is python & C++, its difference and its advantages and disadvantages.

In the terms of speed Java is faster than Python as it is a compiled language, so it takes less time to carry out the program as compared Python is an interpreter language and it takes more time than Java language to carry out the program.

Java's legacy problems are typically larger and more numerous than python’s .
Python has less legacy problem so world finds difficulty for the script to copy and paste codes and gives it a slight edge over the other languages.

The other confusion that arises when we say that the two languages that is which one is easier between Java & python. So let’s have a look at the number of lines required while writing a code in both the languages.

Java is very talkative as compared to Python. It takes 10 lines of code to read from a file in Java.
Python only takes 2 lines of code in Python. This makes Python a more preferable language.

Python has an existence in the talent space and is considered to be the most favorable language for Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and a lot more.

On the other hand, Python’s growth has been astronomical, especially in developed, high-income countries. The reasons for this amazing growth include developer productivity, language flexibility, library support, community support, and ease of learning.

Nowadays we use WiFi on a daily basis. We use it for online classes, gaming, surfing on the internet, chatting with our friends, etc. But have you ever wondered about the type of network our home WiFi operates on? In this article, I'm going to explore the various types of network and finally deduct the answer to this question.

As discussed, let's have a brief introduction on Computer Networks:

What is Computer Network?

A Computer Network is a combination of networks of the devices linked wirelessly to send or receive the common communication protocols.

Simple enough? Now, let's look into the types of networks.

Types of Networks

There are essentially 5 types of Computer Network:

1. Local Area Network (LAN)

Local Area Network(LAN) is a network which is confined to a limited area to share resources. The devices connected to a server called node which is also known as workstation. Typically, the range of LAN varies from 10 Mbps to 1 Gbps .

Advantages of Local Area Network(LAN):

Sharing of resources such as the internet
Communication is easy, quick and saves time
Data is secure when saved on servers

Disadvantages of Local Area Network(LAN):

Building LAN is expensive
If servers are hit, the data will be leaked and may be corrupted
Area limitation of 1km to 10kms

Applications:

LAN is one of the most commonly used networks. LAN is used in schools, laboratories, home, offices etc.

2. Wide Area Network (WAN)

Wide Area Network(WAN) is a group of LAN devices which covers a large area for the main purpose of computer networking. The rate of transmission in WAN is about 150 mbps.

Advantages of Wide Area Network(WAN):

Decrease in costs, increase in profits
Improved privacy than LAN
Easy Maintenance of IT infrastructures

Disadvantages of Wide Area Network(WAN):

High setup value to established
Maintaining WAN is costly
WAN has some security issues

Applications:

WANs are typically used for communication between cities, states and sometimes even countries.

3. Metropolitian Area Network (MAN)

Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) has the characteristics of both LAN & WAN. MAN covers a area of city and shares the resources. Its capacity is much more higher than LAN&WAN. Its range is from 1 Mbps to 10 Mbps .

Advantages of Metropolitan Area Network (MAN):

Higher speed than WAN & has lesser security risks than LAN and also PAN
Sending local mails are faster and secure
It's a faster way to connects 2 LANs

Disadvantages of Metropolitan Area Network (MAN):

Supplementary wires are required to connect 2 LANs
Technical issues with hackers threat
MAN can't work on phones with copper coiled wires, so it gives a very low speed, if high speed is required so there is a need to be installed optic fibers which is expensive

Applications:

Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) is used in office buildings, university buildings .

4.Personal Area Network (PAN)

Personal Area Network (PAN) is just for a small area for a personal use. This can be wired or wireless, like Bluetooth & Infrared connections. The range is around 1Mbps to 3Mbps.

Advantages of Personal Area Network (PAN):

Connects many devices at a time
Additional cable or wire is not required
The cost to install is affordable

Disadvantages of Personal Area Network (PAN):

Data transfer speed is slow
Restricted to a small area
The infrared connections only travels in a straight line

Applications:

Personal Area Network (PAN) is used in home devices & supermarket — like printers, mouse, barcode scanners, etc.

5. Campus Area Network (CAN)

Campus Area Network (CAN) connects two or more local area networks within a confined area. As the name suggests its restricted to a area about which covers a whole campus. The commonly used devices are switches, routers and the communication medium are like copper plant, Cat5 network cable & optical-fiber cables & many more.

Advantages of Campus Area Network (CAN):

The ISP is same all across the departments
Transfer rate is fastest & easy than all other types of network
Best in terms of economy & it's wireless too

Disadvantages of Campus Area Network (CAN):

Troubleshooting and maintenance is expensive
Connection of nodes is limited i.e. 64 nodes in distance of 40m because of electrical load

Applications:

Campus Area Network (CAN) is used in campus including conference centers, technology centers, and training institutes, etc.

Alright, the answer is LAN also known as WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network). The reason is, as it is used at home with combination of routers and AP(Access Point) to access the internet. Routers are devices which serve 2 main functions:

Create and maintain a local area network
Manage the data entering and leaving the network.
