Sorting Arrays: Sorting means putting elements in an ordered sequence.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ordered sequence is any sequence that has an order corresponding to elements, like numeric or alphabetical, ascending or descending.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The NumPyndarray object has a function called sort(), that will sort a specified array.&lt;/p&gt;
