I Built 50+ Free Online Tools — Here’s What I Learned Building RealToolHub

Building projects is one of the best ways to improve as a developer.

Over the past few months, I worked on creating RealToolHub, a platform that brings together useful online tools for everyday tasks, developers, students, and productivity.

The idea was simple:

Instead of searching through many different websites for small tasks, users can find helpful tools in one place.

Some of the tools include:

Developer utilities

Calculators

Text tools

Productivity tools

Generators

Student tools

While building this project, I learned a lot about:

Creating reusable JavaScript tools

Improving user experience

Handling SEO and website structure

Deploying and maintaining a real product

Understanding what users actually need

The biggest lesson I learned is that building a product is not only about writing code. A useful product also needs:

A clear purpose

Good design

Simple user experience

Continuous improvement

RealToolHub is still growing, and I’m continuing to add new tools and improve the experience.

If you are interested in trying it out or sharing feedback, I would love to hear your thoughts.

🔗 RealToolHub: https://www.realtoolhub.com/

Thanks for reading!
