Hello, I am UX designer and ex-frontend developer. i am trying to upgrade my front-end development skills as per modern trends for example JS libraries and frameworks (ReactJs, Angular, Vue etc).

The old process used to be something like:
Requirement -> Design(PSD) -> HTML5+JS+CSS (Front-end) -> Backend -> Testing -> Go Live

How the modern front-end developers works in the market. Does HTML template required before Reactjs/Angular or the interface should directly written from design to React/angular etc?
