I Built a SaaS That Turns Google Maps Listings Into Lead Pages

I’m building ReviewLeads, a SaaS tool for local businesses.

The idea is simple:

Many local businesses already have a Google Maps listing with reviews, photos, phone numbers, services, and business hours.

But many of them still do not have a focused page where a visitor can quickly call, request a quote, or scan a QR code from offline marketing.

So I built a tool that turns a Google Maps listing into a hosted lead page.

The workflow is:

Paste a Google Maps business link

Import available public business details

Generate an editable AI draft

Add reviews, services, photos, and contact details

Publish a hosted lead page

Track page views, call clicks, form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, and QR scans

The goal is not to replace a full custom website.

The goal is to help small local businesses get a simple, focused page that captures leads faster.

The product includes:

Hosted lead pages

Review sections

Contact/quote forms

Click-to-call buttons

Optional WhatsApp button

QR code tracking

Basic analytics

Custom domains on paid plans

Private preview links for outreach

One interesting part of the product is the private preview system.

Instead of asking a business owner to imagine the result, I can create a private preview for their business and send them a link.

Nothing is public unless they claim and approve it.

That makes outreach more concrete because the business owner can see their own business page before signing up.

Some things I learned while building this:

Local businesses care more about calls than fancy design

A simple quote form is more important than many complex features

QR tracking is useful because many local businesses still use flyers, vans, signs, invoices, and business cards

AI-generated content must stay editable because every business is different

You should never promise guaranteed leads or rankings

A small focused tool can be more useful than a big website builder for some businesses

The hardest parts so far have been:

Handling inconsistent Google Maps data

Making the preview flow simple

Keeping the product useful without becoming a full CRM

Explaining the product clearly to non-technical business owners

Building marketing while still improving the product

I’m currently testing outreach with plumbers, locksmiths, HVAC companies, contractors, and agencies.

The main positioning I’m testing is:

“Turn your Google Maps listing into a hosted lead page with reviews, a form, call buttons, QR tracking, and analytics.”

I’ll keep sharing what I learn while building and marketing it.

If you work with local businesses, web design, SEO, or SaaS, I’d love to hear your feedback.
