      <title>🚀 How I Built StackPulse: A One-Command Kubernetes Observability Platform in Go</title>

  📖 The Problem
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Every time I created a Kubernetes cluster for a project, I found myself repeating the same setup process:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;❌ Install Prometheus&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;❌ Install Grafana&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;❌ Configure Loki&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;❌ Set up tracing&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;❌ Configure OpenTelemetry&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;❌ Create dashboards&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;❌ Configure Alertmanager&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;❌ Add GitOps tooling&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Even with Helm charts available, setting up a complete observability stack often took hours.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I wanted a simpler experience:&lt;/p&gt;

  💡 Lessons Learned

&lt;p&gt;Building StackPulse taught me several things about platform engineering and observability.&lt;/p&gt;

  1️⃣ Developer Experience Matters
&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most engineers don't want another dashboard.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They want a fast path to value.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Reducing setup friction was more important than adding dozens of features.&lt;/p&gt;

  2️⃣ Kubernetes Complexity is Real
&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Even experienced engineers can spend significant time configuring observability stacks.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Automation becomes valuable very quickly.&lt;/p&gt;

  3️⃣ Observability is More Than Metrics
&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Many projects stop at Prometheus and Grafana.&lt;/p&gt;
