Someone on LinkedIn packages it into a carousel. Reddit debates it. YouTube tutorials multiply. And suddenly, everyone feels like they're prompting wrong.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But here's the uncomfortable truth that I've learned from actually building production AI systems:&lt;/p&gt;
