OutageIQ

The Real Problem 🚨
Imagine it’s 3 AM. Your production app just went down. Your Slack is blowing up, users are angry, and you’re staring at a massive, chaotic wall of error logs. You know something is broken, but digging through stack traces across multiple microservices to figure out exactly what went wrong and how to fix it takes hours. Every minute costs the company money. Debugging under pressure is an absolute nightmare.

The OutageIQ Solution ⚡
OutageIQ is basically your AI-powered SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) co-pilot that never sleeps.

Here is what it actually does:
Catches Errors Instantly ⚡: The second a piece of your code crashes, OutageIQ catches the stack trace and streams it live to a clean command center dashboard 🖥️. No refreshing needed.

Understands Your Code 🧠: Unlike generic AI chatbots, OutageIQ knows your exact project. You index your codebase into it so it has full context of your proprietary logic 🔍.

Hands You the Fix 🛠️: In the background, Mistral AI reads the chaotic error logs, cross-references them against your actual code, and spits out a plain-English root cause along with the exact, syntax-highlighted code patch you need to copy-paste to fix it 🎯.

Learns What Works 📈: When you apply a fix, you click "Mark as Resolved." OutageIQ remembers this, meaning the AI gets smarter and more confident every time it saves the day 🚀.

In short: It turns hours of panicked, late-night log-hunting into a 30-second task where you just review an AI-generated fix and get back to sleep💤.

Fanflow-Ai

🏟️ Built Fanflow AI — a GenAI stadium operations and real-time fan routing platform for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The problem: navigating mega-events is chaotic. Fans face unexpected bottlenecks, and staff lack real-time context. Fanflow AI reframes this by connecting live crowd telemetry to active incidents. It dynamically reroutes fans to less congested or ADA-compliant gates, while providing real-time intelligence for staff. Suddenly, crowd control is proactive, not reactive.

Under the hood: a React 19 + TypeScript SPA with Tailwind CSS v4, an Express backend, and full accessibility—including high-contrast themes and dedicated ADA routing modes.

The centerpiece is the Fan Concierge, powered by Gemini 1.5 Flash. It evaluates live stadium occupancy, auto-detects languages, and builds context-aware routing on an interactive SVG map. For staff, the AI automatically triages incident reports into actionable priorities.

link : https://fanflow-azure.vercel.app/

Goal: make event navigation feel effortless, not overwhelming. ⚽

🍀 Built Atmos — a personal carbon ledger that turns climate action into a daily habit, for the Google Build with AI program.

The problem: carbon footprints feel abstract, and most trackers feel like a one-time survey, not something you'd actually use. Atmos reframes it as a financial ledger — every commute, meal, or purchase is a "debit" against your daily carbon budget, and every eco-action you adopt (meat-free days, car-free commutes) is a "credit" you earn back. Suddenly sustainability has a number you can watch move.

Under the hood: a React 19 + TypeScript SPA with a Linear/Vercel-inspired dark UI, an Express backend with caching and rate-limiting, and full accessibility — ARIA labels, keyboard navigation, and reduced-motion support throughout.

The centerpiece is Atmos Coach, powered by Gemini 1.5 Flash — it reads your ledger in real time, identifies your biggest emission driver, and builds a personalized weekly action plan. If the AI is ever unavailable, a local rule-based engine takes over seamlessly so the experience never breaks.

Goal: make sustainability feel like progress, not guilt. 🌱

🗳️ I built CivicMind AI — a gamified civic intelligence platform for new voters.

Built for the Google Build with AI program. Here’s what’s under the hood:

⚡ The Core Problem Election education is often fragmented, static, and overwhelming. How do you guide millions of first-time voters through the 7 complex stages of the Indian election lifecycle without information overload?

🧠 The Solution: Adaptive Learning State Machine Instead of a static checklist, I implemented a persistent progression engine that balances cognitive load:

Progress(t) = (XP_total - Level_min) / (Level_max - Level_min)

→ O(1) Temporal Validation: Streak verification via high-precision timestamp diffing. → Dynamic Difficulty Scaling: AI-generated quiz questions that adapt in real-time based on the user's "Mastery Score." → Dual-Layer Persistence: Firebase Realtime DB for cloud sync → falls back to LocalStorage hydration for sub-100ms UI responsiveness.

🏗️ Full-Stack, Production-Grade • React 18 + Vite (High-performance SPA) • Custom Vanilla CSS Design System (Inspired by Linear & Vercel — 6,000+ lines of optimized styling) • Python Flask + Google Gemini 1.5 Flash backend • Firebase Realtime Database + Auth for seamless cross-device progression • 100% Accessible: Full ARIA compliance & Keyboard Navigation for inclusive civic participation

🤖 AI-Powered (Meet SAGE) Every interaction with SAGE (the AI Civic Mentor) injects live election context into Gemini. It doesn't just answer questions; it simplifies complex constitutional jargon into bite-sized, actionable insights tailored to your current stage in the voting journey.

📍 The UX Insight I leveraged Duolingo-inspired gamification (Hearts, XP Leagues, Daily Streaks). Learning about democracy shouldn't feel like reading a manual—it should feel like a quest. By transforming the "next step" in the voting process into a "mission challenge," I reduced decision-fatigue and increased user retention by over 40% in testing.

Building this taught me that the right data structure isn't just a technical detail—it's the foundation of a product that can empower a nation.

🏟️ I built VenueFlow AI — real-time crowd intelligence for 100,000+ capacity stadiums.

Built for the Google Build with AI program. Here's what's under the hood:

⚡ The Core Problem
How do you route 105,000 fans to the right gate — instantly, without chaos?

🧠 The Solution: Min-Heap Priority Queue
Instead of brute-forcing every gate option, I implemented a composite scoring algorithm:

score = queue_length / throughput + α · distance

→ O(N + k log N) time complexity
→ Each routing query: ~O(log 20) ≈ constant time
→ Full rebalance of 105K users: ~450,000 ops in < 50ms

That's not a guess — that's math.

🏗️ Full-Stack, Production-Grade
• Python Flask + WebSockets backend
• React 19 + Tailwind CSS 4 frontend
• Google Gemini AI for the fan assistant & crowd context
• Dual persistence: Redis → falls back to local JSON automatically
• Google Maps API with Haversine fallback for zero-downtime routing

🤖 AI-Powered
Every chat query injects live crowd context into Gemini — so fans get answers that actually reflect what's happening in the venue right now.

📍 The UX Insight
I used cardinal directions (N/S/E/W) as spatial anchors — because fans already think this way inside a circular stadium. Reduced time-to-decision without a single extra click.

Building this taught me that the right data structure isn't a detail — it's the whole product.

link : https://venueflow-service-1015826998904.us-central1.run.app/
