The 7 tests that matter

Language: call it in Hindi, English and mixed Hinglish. Add one regional language you actually need.
Noise: test on a mobile line with traffic in the background, not on a studio headset.
Interruptions: speak over the agent. Does it stop and recover?
Carrier and number: can you use your own number or SIP trunk, and does it run on Indian carriers?
Consent and rules: what does the vendor do about DND lists, call timing and disclosure? Ask for the written answer, not a claim.
Hand-off: does it transfer to a human with context?
Reports: do you get transcripts, outcome tags and QA on every call?
