In our live of developer we have a lot of things to remember, how do we did that stuff the last time ? Why i did things like this ... etc

The things is that we can't remember everything so how do you guys keep tracks of theses kind of things ?

Personally i use keyword in, then when i need to remember how i did this things i search them on a search engine.

Recently i added on my website an API which allow me to save an URL and a "title" (in fact, keyword) then this database in indexed by ElasticSearch to recover what i need quickly.

How about you guys ?
