Anubhav Mohanty is an Indian actor, director and producer who has worked in both the Odia movies and the Bengali Film Industry. He started to make his mark in Ollywood as an Actor and has produced many of his successful Films. In addition to his work in Film, he is also very active in politics in Orissa and is considered one of the leading personalities in Indian society, whilst continuing his acting career.

Born on December 24, 1981, in Cuttack, India, Anubhav Mohanty is from a traditional Hindu family. Since childhood, he has shown a strong interest in both acting and directing, which has made him very successful in the world of Odia Cinema by combining these two passions into one profession. As he grew up, Anubhav received a lot of exposure through many activities related to both acting and directing, and as a result, he developed as an actor and went on to become a very successful male lead actor in Odia Cinema. The majority of Anubhav’s success is ascribed to his charming personality, energetic acting style in movies, and physical attractiveness. In 2004, Mohanty’s first film, the Odia film “I Love You,” was released, marking the start of his acting career. The film helped launch Mohanty’s acting career and was a big hit.
Following this early success, he has continued to act in a variety of different Odia films, including romantic and family-related films, action films and comedies. In Odisha, Mohanty is one of the most well-known and well-paid actors. Mohanty has acted in a few Bengali films in addition to Odia ones, which have given him additional chances to connect with viewers in other parts of India. In 2012, Mohanty advanced in his career by starting Vishnupriyaa Arts & Graphics, a prosperous local production company.

On April 27, 2013, Anubhav Mohanty joined the BJD (Biju Janata Dal) party. Since then, he has actively participated in a variety of political activities outside of acting; on June 10, 2014, at the age of 28, he was elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha. Later, in the 2019 General Elections, he ran for the Lok Sabha for the BJD from the Kendrapara constituency. He was chosen to represent India in the Lok Sabha.. His experiences in these offices provided him with a good deal of experience in order to accomplish all the political goals he hopes to achieve. He departed from the BJD on March 30, 2024, due to internal party conflict and subsequently joined the BJP for a renewed beginning on April 1, 2024.

Anubhav Mohanty has done very well in life as a filmmaker and politician. He has been active in filmmaking within the Odia film industry for many years; therefore, he has gained prominence as one of the key players in Odia political and cultural life due to both his careers.
