Streaming video to browser via Amazon Elastic Transcoder

I'm going to stream videos from S3. I know it is simple. I did it with putting presigned url inside video src attributes. There is no problem. Everything is being displayed. But, if I visit my vebsite via IDM+ app's browser for android, my videos can be downloaded. But I don't want it. So I want to transcode the videos(adding watermark to video, making video partion's extension .ts)*. After that, I think, videos can not be easily downloaded via IDM+(because of multiple video portions).

How can I display transcoded video file in browser? I only found checking job status, creating jobs and etc via amazon elastic transcoder. But nothing about displaying transcoded video in browser in laravel/php.

*as I known, if video is transcoded, video extension would be .ts or something else. I'm new in video streaming sphere. Take it into account :) Thank you!

Technology: Laravel 8, AWS S3, Amazon Elastic Transcoder.

Hi, We are creating online education platform which is compatible for Central Asia. We have own auditory(aboug 5K on social networks and 100+ visits/day on website). The first version is free and open for all. But now we are creating a platform based on monthly/annual subscription. But how can we make money with that subscription? Consider that user paid for the subscription and he/she has access to all courses. But we should pay all instructors for their courses. But how can we distribute and be on profit? Can you suggest some thoughts?

I sent a request to GRANT to the NAPA Academy as a junior developer. I solved all the problems in the state. But in condition to have an IELTS certificate of 6 degrees. And I have not. I told their manager, he told me that you can consult with the rectors, I said OK. Tomorrow I am going to a consultation at the Tashkent IT Academy Napa. If I pass an exam or consultation with good results, I will be admitted to the Academy with a lot of priviliges. Please pray for me and give me some advices...

Hi there again, As you know, I'm new in the programming world. I'm learning php and javascript at the same time, solving tasks and etc. Isn't it bad? Then, another questions is, I'm having trouble when solving tasks such as functions, recursion and etc. Then, I'm wasting my 6-7 hours for one simple task so that attempting to solve this problem again and again.
