Spotify, YouTube Music, and Audiomack inspired me to build my own music app. 🎵

Not as a business. Not for clout.

Just because I could and because I wanted something that felt like me.

If you know me personally, you already know my obsession with that futuristic neo-blue.

The kind you see in sci-fi films, holographic displays, cyberpunk aesthetics.

That colour lives rent-free in my head. So naturally, when I imagined my own music app, it had to carry that energy.

Here's how it came together:
I started with a conversation on ChatGPT to map out the direction.

Then I took it to Lovable.dev (my favourite vibe coding tool right now) and started building.

The result? A fully functional music player with a sci-fi aesthetic that actually FEELS like mine.

I uploaded some AI-generated tracks I had created earlier and yes, I have professional music training, so I understand genre, arrangement, and terminology.

That background made a real difference when crafting and curating the music.

Then I added a karaoke style lyrics display (got that inspiration from YouTube Music) and honestly... that feature alone made it feel premium.

Sent the link to close friends and tech peers.

The feedback was unanimous they loved it.

This whole experience reminded me of something I always say:
AI doesn't replace your skill.

It amplifies it.
My music knowledge + my design taste + AI tools = something I'm genuinely proud of.

🔗 I'd love for you to try it and drop your honest feedback it helps me improve and build better.

What creative project have you used AI to bring to life recently? Drop it in the comments 👇
