Over the last few months, me and my group consisting of Farzan Irani, Mayur Dumbre & Hriday Gandhi have been working on 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞, our 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭, and this video is a short walkthrough of what we built.

This is not a UI-only demo or a theoretical idea. ScholarBridge is a working full-stack system designed to solve real problems in 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 that colleges, trusts, NGOs, and funding bodies face every year - fragmented applications, manual screening, poor coordination & limited transparency.

The platform is built on the 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐍 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 (𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐒𝐐𝐋, 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭, 𝐍𝐨𝐝𝐞.𝐣𝐬) with 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐒𝐒 on the frontend. All documents and KYC files are stored securely using 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝟐, with signed, time-limited encrypted URLs generated on demand - ensuring documents are never publicly exposed and are accessible only to authorized users. Authentication and protected access are handled via 𝐉𝐖𝐓, credentials are secured using 𝐛𝐜𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐭, and verified system communication is enabled through 𝐍𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐫.
At the core of the system is an intelligent Best-Fit algorithm that filters & ranks students based on trust-defined preferences (course, income, gender, location, merit), replacing manual shortlisting with a fair, explainable, and scalable process. The platform also supports multi-trust collaborative funding, with built-in safeguards to prevent over-funding and a complete reconciliation loop where trusts mark payments, students confirm receipt, and unresolved cases are automatically flagged for admin review - ensuring accountability end to end.

I strongly urge college administrators, educational institutions, scholarship bodies, NGOs, CSR teams, and industry partners to actually look at this and evaluate it for real-world use. If your organization deals with application overload, verification delays, fund tracking, or coordination across multiple donors, this solution is built specifically to address those pain points.
We are actively looking for relevant organizations to pilot this system in a real operational environment. Excited to share that, as part of continuous learning, I've built a 𝐃𝐀𝐩𝐩, my first - 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐋𝐢𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 .
Here, you can 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 on your 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (all 𝟔) using stablecoins and 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 based on real, verified results, alongwith bonus rewards for playing flawlessly. Excited to share a redeveloped customer churn prediction web app, now tailored specifically for the banking sector. Originally built for telecom data during a hackathon, this project has been reworked to analyze 4000+ bank customer records and predict churn risk with improved precision.

The app leverages 8 machine learning models, including XGBoost, Random Forest, SVM, and a Voting Classifier, with the highest accuracy reaching 84.25%. It also integrates the Mistral Saba 24B large language model to generate natural language explanations and email drafts for at-risk customers.

A Streamlit-based frontend presents the results through visual insights and user-friendly export options.
Note: Due to OpenAI usage limits, some delays may occur after heavy usage. If you encounter a rate limit, please allow 6–7 minutes before retrying.

Payments: Stripe integration for processing secure payments in USD
Database Layer: Drizzle ORM with NeonDB
Styling: Responsive and modern UI using Radix UI + TailwindCSS
Infrastructure: Fully Dockerized and deployed on Vercel

🔹 Gesture Sign Language Detection Project 🤝
Delved into OpenCV , along with using MediaPipe, Tensorflow, Argparse, SciKit-Learn, Keras, Seaborn and NumPy libraries in Python to create a real-time gesture-based sign language detection system! This project highlights my enthusiasm for combining computer vision with impactful use cases. It uses real-time FPS rendering and an accuracy of 95%(coded and ran the "accuracy_score_checker.py
" code file ,committed to my GitHub repo, to obtain a decimal value).
