A typical LLM or stateless vision wrapper forgets previous user reports, repetitive regional complaints, and historical resolution logs the second the session resets. </p> <p>To bridge this gap, we built <strong>CivicPulse</strong>, a Django-based web application for civic issue reporting and management featuring AI-powered image analysis (YOLOv8) and NGO coordination. By integrating <a href="https://vectorize.io/what-is-agent-memory" rel="noopener noreferrer">Hindsight agent memory</a>, CivicPulse retains historical civic report contexts, agent interactions, and regional issue trends across time.</p> ai django machinelearning python
