Modals created by using bootstrap are unresponsive and they are not draggable. So user cannot will not be able to see the back screen and interact.

I have showed in the video how we can create a modal which is draggable and Resizable. The section has two parts. Please find the link for the first part. Will be uploading the second part soon.
